Working Principle
How it works?
When the indoor temperature and humidity differ from those outside, the two-way differential airflow facilitates the transfer of energy and moisture, a process known as energy recovery. In the counter-flow heat exchanger, airflows move in opposite directions through parallel special resin plates.
This design allows for greater temperature efficiency compared to a crossflow heat exchanger core. Two adjacent resin foils create separate channels for fresh and exhaust air. Heat is transferred as some air streams flow across while others flow counter to one another through the channels, ensuring complete separation between the incoming and outgoing airflows.
Ultra-high Heat Recovery Efficiency
The air flows counterflowly to extend the heat exchange time and make heat transfer more thoroughly. The heat recovery efficiency
is up to 95%.
