The production of injectors and syringes must meet strict standards outlined in the Medical Device Production Quality Management Specification for Sterile Medical Devices. The cleanroom workshop must maintain a controlled environment to prevent contamination during the manufacturing process. For this project, a cleanroom environment was designed to meet the specific needs of injector production, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The facility spans an area of approximately 3500 square meters and includes sections for injection molding, printing, spray silicone oil application, assembly, single packaging, and sealing. Each of these stages must be performed in a cleanroom environment to minimize initial contamination, maintaining a stable level of control throughout production.

The total cleanroom workshop area is approximately 3500 square meters.
Construction Period:
The construction was completed within 90 days.

● Color steel plate decoration for cleanroom walls and ceilings to meet hygiene and aesthetic standards.
